Two component epoxy putty for justifying metal, ceramic, plastic (except PE), concrete, wooden surfaces, and filling cracks, joints and seams as well as gluing different materials. Putty possesses high mechanical strength, great adhesion as well as chemical resistance in aggressive environments. Putty consists of A component – base and B component - hardener that are assembled in proportions intended for mixing.
USAGE: Processed surfaces should be clean, dry and degreased. If necessary they should be cleaned with the alcohol or acetone. Particularly smooth and shiny surfaces before the coating should be processed with a fine sandpaper until they become matte. A and B components should be mixed well, taking into consideration proportion A: B = 10:1 (by weight). After mixing the components putty should be worked out within 15 minutes, otherwise the unused putty will solidify. Putty should be applied using a trowel and justified with a putty soaked in soapy water. Putty solidifies in 2 - 4 hours depending on the temperature. Putty solidifies more slowly at low temperatures. The maximum hardness of the putty is reached in 24 hours. Consolidated putty can be processed - grind and paint.
SAFETY MEASURES: Work in well ventilated premises. Try to avoid direct contact of putty and skin and eyes, if the putty gets on your skin remove it with a napkin and wash the contact place with warm water and soap.
