Ion boiler (heater) STAFOR power regulation instruction
1. Install ion boiler STAFOR in accordance with assembly manual.
2. Make sure that you have installed thermometer as close as possible to boiler outlet.
3. Fill the whole heating system with heat carrier (coolant) STATERM EKO E40.
4. Free heating system from air and make heat carrier pressure in system about 1,5 bar.
5. Turn on circulation pump and let heat carrier circulate in system.
6. Turn on ion boiler STAFOR and measure temperature of heat carrier at boiler flow out pipe.
7. Measure Ampere consumption on any of boiler phases (it is recommended to do it in control panel).
8. Compare data you got to regulation table.
9. If on boiler there are less Amperes than showed in table:
12. If on boiler there are more Amperes than showed in table:

8. Compare data you got to regulation table.
9. If on boiler there are less Amperes than showed in table:
a. Add to heating system small portion (50ml) of regulation additive STATERM POWER.
b. Let STATERM POWER fully mix with heat carrier (coolant) in heating system.
c. Return to regulation instruction point 6.
11. If on boiler there are exactly same Amperes as in table regulation is finished (it can be done on any heat carrier temperature).
12. If on boiler there are more Amperes than showed in table:
a. Partly replace heat carrier in system with clean STATERM EKO E40.
b. Let clean STATERM EKO E40 fully mix with heat carrier that is in heating system.
c. Return to regulation instruction point 6.
